I made this cloche for a friend who loves red. I made it with Morris & Son’s Estate 14ply in Tomato Sauce red. This is a Lion Brand pattern (I think you need to login, for free, on their site to see it). It’s listed on Ravelry.

Red puff stitch beret
This puff stitch beret is from I pattern I found via Ravelry. The pattern was quite small, so I tweaked it a bit: I used a 5mm hook instead of 4mm and added an extra increase round. It fits me just right.
Anniversary card
It’s my parents’ 40th wedding anniversary today. I was not very organised in getting them anything (don’t have much practice at celebrating wedding anniversaries!). I made them this card this morning with limited materials… The front design was made with the iPhone app TypeDrawing; very nifty app!
